Udham Singh Nagar District Co-operative Bank Ltd., Rudrapur established on 23-11-2004 under Uttarakhand Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 registration no. 48 and the bank was start working on 01-01-2005. The USNDCB Bank appointed Mr. Subhash Behar as a first Chairman of the bank and Mr. P. C. Dumka as a First secretary/ General Manager of the bank. The Bank has already completed successfully 9 years of banking services.

The Bank has owned 39 branches located in different locations and Head Office Located at Rudrapur in Udham Singh Nagar District and provide the best banking services to our customers. At present, 169 employees are working in the bank. The senior management of the bank is successfully running by The Secretary / General Manager and 3 Deputy General Manager.

Currently constitute the elected board of the Bank through the bank representatives elected by the public representatives of various societies of district. The Bank has 15 members in the elected board. The elected board includes 13 elected representatives, a representative nominated by the Government and a representative is Assistant District Registrar on the behalf of Registrar of Uttarakhand Co-operative societies.

The bank has obtained licence from RBI. Licence No. RPCD 10/2012 dated Feb 16, 2012.
